Return Policy
SDS Digital aims to provide the best possible products and services to its customers. We gladly accept return of stock merchandise and give prompt credit for returned items with the following guidelines:
- We can only accept items for return that have been purchased from SDS Digital.
- Products may only be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Return products have to be in re-saleable condition (original, unmarked, sealed retail package.)
- Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If you are returning an item because of shortage, damage, or defect, the return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Note: for electronic products that may be defective, contact the manufacturer directly according to the warranty instructions packaged with the product.
- If unopened, software can be returned or exchanged within 5 days after purchase. Opened software is non-returnable.
- For health and safety reasons, food, beverage, or first aid items are non-returnable.
- Your refund will be processed using the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 10 business days of the receipt of your return in our warehouse.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
